Hosting terms of service

These terms apply to the web hosting and domain registration services provided by CLICKINHOUSE SAS, tax ID (NIT) 901.537.144-6, located at Cr 13 # 66-09 Of 912, Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

1. The service

Each plan includes the resources described on the plans page (disk space, email accounts, databases and FTP accounts) on a shared server with cPanel access. Resources must be used reasonably and without affecting other customers on the same server.

2. Term and payment

The service is purchased for one-year periods and paid in advance in Colombian pesos (COP) through Wompi. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate; your bank or card issuer handles the conversion. Once the payment is approved, the account is activated and a billing statement is issued in the customer's name.

3. Renewal

Before each renewal date we send a notice with the amount and a payment link. If the customer turns on automatic renewal, they authorize us to charge the plan price to the registered card or Nequi account on each renewal date, and they can cancel it at any time by writing to facturacion@clickinhouse.com.

4. Grace period and suspension

After the renewal date there is a 5-day grace period. If payment is not received within that period, the service may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

5. Content and acceptable use

The customer is responsible for the content they publish and for keeping their passwords and applications secure. Unsolicited bulk email, illegal content and any activity that compromises the security of the server are not allowed.

6. Domains

Domains are registered in the customer's name. Their renewal is separate from the hosting renewal and depends on the rules of each extension.

7. Personal data

We use customer data only to provide the service, bill for it and communicate with the customer, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. Card details are processed by Wompi; ClickInHouse never sees or stores them.
