Yes. Enter your domain at checkout and we'll send you the two nameservers to set wherever you bought it. Your website and email will then run on your new hosting.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. As soon as Wompi approves the payment, your cPanel account is created automatically and your login details are emailed to you.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card through Wompi, our payment gateway. Customers in Colombia can also use PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia. All charges are in Colombian pesos (COP): prices shown in other currencies are approximate, and your bank handles the conversion.
How do I log in to cPanel?
From the client area, in one click and without a password. We also email you a username and password if you prefer to log in directly.
What happens when the year is up?
We remind you before your renewal date with a payment link. With automatic renewal on, we charge your card on that date and you don't need to do anything. There's a 5-day grace period before the service is suspended.
Will I get an invoice?
You receive a billing statement in your company's or your own name, detailing the service and the period it covers. You can download it anytime from the client area.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Message us and we'll move your account to the new plan without losing your website or email.
